Final testing

We are finally coming to the end of the debugging and fine tuning of vocabulari.se The latest version is now available at http://beta.vocabulari.se and will be tested over the next few days before we release it on the main site. If you have some spare time on your hands you can also participate in the final testing and share your thoughts at http://vocabularise.uservoice.com/forums/135765-general!

Many thanks for your great support so far and for using our service. We hope that his new version will meet everyone's expectations :-)

Invited pitch at Le Grand Mix #2 in Paris

vocabulari.se is proud to have been selected with 6 other projets to pitch (in Pecha Kucha format) at Le Grand Mix #2, an annual evening of roundtable discussion, projects presentations and networking which aims at linking the digital and the scientific communities. The event will take place at La Cantine, the famous parisian technology-focused “coworking” or collaborative workplace.

Version 1

v1 of vocabulari.se is now online ! Queries now return clickable related tags along with the resources backing the results: academic publications, Wikipedia entries and scientific disciplines. Classifications are also fully reversible. And you can share with your friends the results of your query - the social network of your research object - on Facebook and Twitter !

v2 will include improved algorithms to get more results ... stay tuned.

vocabulari.se released

Beta version of vocabulari.se is released to enter the Mendeley/PLoS Binary Battle.

Updates will be published gradually until a v1 is available on October 5th.
